The apartment is located in a residential estate "The Residence of Architects", facing a beautiful embankment.

Our clients are a young family with a child. They are active and modern. Their admiration for nature is well combined with life in the urban environment. While working on the project the main challenge was to find a golden mean, to balance life in a big city and the feeling of naturality.

The total area of the apartment is 117 m2. It consist of combined kitchen and living room, a master bedroom with a bathroom, a child’s room, an office, a corridor, a large wardrobe, a guest bathroom, and a private balcony. The interior is cozy, natural, yet modern and innovative. Natural tones were chosen to decorate the accent areas of the space. Different lighting solutions have made it possible to expose the beauty of the interior colors.

The heart of this project is a comfortable combined kitchen and living room, where we wanted to use the space to its maximum capacity. In a limited room, we have fit several functional areas: a kitchen with an island, dining area, and rest areas. This room is light, colorful, and spacious.

Whereas the living room is the favorite place for every member of the family, the master bedroom is a gem for parents. It is designed to fulfill the dream of the customer. The open space has been maximized as a result of using a glass-door cabinets and wide access to the balcony with a city view. Access to the bathroom was made convenient with an installation of a glass wall and automatic curtains. The bedroom was designed in a calm color scheme, yet with beautiful dense, thick shades, creating a special atmosphere of intimacy in the room.

The child’s room is another important piece of this project, providing space for an active and growing teenager. Given a small room space, we have been able to maximize its functionality by arranging it into work, sport, and rest zones. Using different colors, we succeeded in creating an aesthetically pleasing interior, while not overwhelming it with elements.

The apartment also has an office. This is an individual space where our clients can concentrate on their work. It allows them to be alone with their thoughts. The office has areas for individual work as well as for meetings.

Overall, the apartment demonstrates versatile solutions and different lighting schemes, and most importantly, it meets the needs of our clients.
